Chad T. Braley, Managing Director
Mr. Braley is the Managing Director with Capital Edge Consulting, Inc. He serves his clients by providing full contract lifecycle support, from acquisition planning and proposal development, to contract execution and closeout. His areas of expertise include cost accounting and indirect rates, proposal development, contracts management and administration, DCAA audit and noncompliance expertise, ERP implementations, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance support. He also teaches numerous training courses for Federal Publication Seminars and has been selected to speak at numerous government contracting industry events across the nation.
Elaina Mangione, Director
Ms. Mangione is a Director with Capital Edge Consulting Inc. Her expertise includes oversight of accounting departments; selection, implementation, and reconstruction of accounting software systems; CFO/Controller outsourcing services, and various government contracting support services including but not limited to cost proposal development, billing and estimating system reviews, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance. She has implemented numerous accounting systems and specializes in Deltek’s GCS Premier and Quickbooks.
Cynthia Dunn, Senior Consultant/CPA
Ms. Dunn is a Senior Manager with Capital Edge Consulting, Inc. She currently serves her clients by providing full accounting support, contract management, DCAA compliance, purchasing system compliance, and audit issue resolution support. She has an extensive public accounting and industry background. Ms. Dunn also advises clients on Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act related issues, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and internal controls, processes, and procedures. Prior to joining Capital Edge, Ms. Dunn was responsible for the internal controls of a $2 billion dollar government contractor and also served as the Controller of a major university.
